Total number of shares and voting Rights

The Board of Directors of Papoutsanis S.A. announces according to article 27 paragraph 3b of Codified Law 2190/1920 that on 06.06.2012, i.e. the date of the Invitation of the Annual General Meeting of 29.06.2012, the total number of shares of the Company and of voting rights is 50,797,369.



The Company has not issued any other class of shares other than the above common shares with voting rights.
