The company PAPOUTSANIS SA (the Company), according to the law. 3556/2007, Regulation 596/2014 and the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, each as applicable, informs the investing public that, according to the notification of transactions of a person subject to the obligation submitted by SAPON MONOPROSOPI ANONYMOUS COMPANY (SAPON) on 12.09.2024, in its capacity as a person subject to the obligation (a person closely related to the member of the Board of Directors of the Company, Mr. Menelaos Tasopoulos) made on 11.09.2024 a purchase of 5,000 common shares with voting rights of the Company on the Athens Stock Exchange market, for the amount of €2.35 each.
