ANNOUNCEMENT OF MODIFICATION OF THE FINANCIAL CALENDAR

The company "Papoutsanis S.A. Industrial and Commercial Company of Consumer Goods" announces the modification of its Financial Calendar for the year 2024, in accordance with articles 4.1.2. and 4.1.3.15.1. of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, as currently in effect, regarding the following dates:

11.11.2024: Interim Dividend 2024 Cut-off date

12.11.2024: Interim Dividend 2024 Record date

15.11.2024: Interim Dividend 2024 Payment date

There are no other modifications to the 2024 Financial Calendar.

The Company reserves the right to change the above dates, with the obligation to promptly inform the investing public through a relevant announcement in accordance with the terms of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, as currently in effect.
