Announcement of the Company in accordance with Greek law 3340/2005

The company Papoutsanis S.A. (the Company) announces, based on Greek law 3340/2005 and decisions issued by the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission thereunder, the replacement of Ms Souzana Theofanopoulou (who has left the Company) by Ms Evaggelia Megalou, as the Company’s internal auditor, by virtue of the decision of the Company’s Board of Directors dated 15.01.2016.
