ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE AMENDMENT OF THE FINANCIAL CALENDAR

Papoutsanis SA (the Company), in accordance with articles 4.1.2. and 4.1.4.3.1. of the Athens Exchange Rulebook, announces the amendment of the Financial Calendar of the Company for the year 2016, for the following date:

26.09.2016: Publication of the Financial Report for the First Half of 2016.

The Company reserves its right to ament the aforementioned date with the obligation to inform the investors in time by issuing an announcement to this effect in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Athens Exchange Rulebook, as currently applicable.
