Papoutsanis S.A. (the Company) announces that on 23 December 2014 the merger by absorption of its subsidiary company Plias Emporiki S.A. was completed.

The share capital of the Company has not increased due to the merger as the Company held 100% of the share capital of Plias Emporiki SA.
