Announcement of the Company under Greek law 3340/2005

PAPOUTSANIS SA (the Company) informs the public, in accordance with Greek law 3340/2005 and the decisions of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission issued there under, that pursuant to the 30/01/2013 notifications of Mr Menelaos Tasopoulos, son of Athanasios, Chief Executive Officer and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, of Mr Georgios Gatzaros, son of Sotirios, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company and the Cypriot company SPELLEROT LIMITED, related legal entity to the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, Ms Mary Iskalatian, daughter of Sarkis, as it is 100% controlled by Ms Mary Iskalatian, all submitted by them in their capacity as liable persons under article 13 of Greek law 3340/2005, they have made the following transactions on the Company’s common shares:

Ø On 29/01/2013, Mr Georgios Gatzaros transferred through an OTC transaction 515.000 common shares with voting rights of the Company to Mr Menelaos Tasopoulos against €164.800.

Ø On 29/01/2013, the Cypriot company SPELLEROT LIMITED transferred through an OTC transaction 170.000 common shares with voting rights of the Company to Mr Menelaos Tasopoulos against €54.400.

Ø On 29/01/2013, Mr Menelaos Tasopoulos transferred through an on the Athens Exchange block trade transaction 1.200.000 common shares with voting rights of the Company against €384.000.
