Announcement of the Company under Greek law 3340/2005

PAPOUTSANIS SA (the Company) informs the public, in accordance with Greek law 3340/2005 and the decisions of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission issued thereunder, that pursuant to the 01.08.2013 notification of the Cypriot company SPELLEROT LIMITED, related legal entity to the Member of the Board of Directors and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, Ms Mary Iskalatian, daughter of Sarkis, as it is 100% controlled by Ms Mary Iskalatian, has made the following transaction on the Company’s common shares:

The Cypriot company SPELLEROT LIMITED sold on the market of the Athens Exchange, 100.000 common shares with voting rights of the Company against €0,65 per share.
