Announcement of the Company under Greek law 3340/2005

PAPOUTSANIS SA (the Company) announces, in accordance with Greek law 3340/2005 and the decisions of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission issued thereunder, that pursuant to the 30.10.2013 notification of the Cypriot company SPELLEROT LIMITED, as a related person to the Member of the Board of Directors and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, Ms Mary Iskalatian, daughter of Sarkis, as it is 100% controlled by Ms Mary Iskalatian, SPELLEROT LIMITED sold on 30.10.2013 on the market of the Athens Exchange 200,000 common shares with voting rights of the Company against €0,57 per share.
