Announcement of the Company under Greek law 3340/2005

PAPOUTSANIS SA (the Company) announces, in accordance with Greek law 3340/2005 and the decisions of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission issued thereunder, that pursuant to the 27.12.2013 notifications of a) Mary Iskalatian, daughter of Sarkis, Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Board of Directors and b) of the Cypriot company SPELLEROT LIMITED, as a related person to the Member of the Board of Directors and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, Ms Mary Iskalatian, daughter of Sarkis, as it is 100% controlled by Ms Mary Iskalatian, SPELLEROT LIMITED sold on 27.12.2013 through an OTC transaction 381.000 common shares with voting rights of the Company against €0,55 per share.
