Announcement on the Results of the Tax Audit for 2012

PAPOUTSANIS SA, informs investors according to article 4.1.3.1 of the Athens Exchange Regulation and article 10 par. 1 of Greek law 3340/2005, as currently applicable, that, following the special tax audit that was performed by the statutory auditors on Papoutsanis S.A. and its subsidiary for 2012 in accordance with article 82 par. 5 of Greek law 2238/1994, as currently applicable, , the statutory auditors issued for each of the above mentioned companies a tax compliance report with unqualified conclusion.
